Enhance Your Projects with PS SUB Series: High Impact, Moisture Resistance, and Versatile Polystyrene Compounds

The PS SUB series of compound polystyrene is a combination of polystyrene grades and other polymer additives, suitable for coating building and photo frames profiles. The main features of the PS SUB series of polystyrene compounds include high impact and moisture resistance, uniformity and smoothness of the final product due to the sensitivity of the coating (without defects), heat and sound insulation, colorability, excellent appearance quality, high compressive strength, and ability to nail and punch. Other features include good gloss, uniform quality, and high hot stamping performance in the final product. The difference between PS SUB 1102, PS SUB 1305, and PS SUB 1905 is in the formulation and color of the compound.

PS SUB 1305: Achieving Superior Profile Surface Distribution and Integrity

Suitable MFI for even distribution of materials on the profile surface, appropriate melting temperature for sub-work, maintaining appearance and integrity during cutting and sewing (commonly known as profile lip filling), uniformity of the surface of the billet and profile in various dimensions.

What Are the Main Uses of PS SUB 1102 Polystyrene Compound?

  • Coating building profiles such as angle bars, skotia, tools, cornices, etc.

  • Coating photo frames such as picture frames, curtain crowns, pictorial carpet frames, etc.
